Physical Activity and Nutrition

Take the Governor's Challenge!  The Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports challenges California K-12 schools to help kids get healthy and fit.  Eleven schools will get $1,000 awards for physical activity equipment, and the winning school will receive a brand new fitness center.  Learn more

Academy for Educational Development (AED) Center for Youth Development & Policy Research

The Forum for Youth Investment

Community Network for Youth Development
Works to strengthen the field of youth development in the San Francisco Bay Area at the community and systems level. Youth In Focus
Works for social justice by training underrepresented Youth and adult allies in Youth-led action Research, Evaluation and Planning (Youth REP). Provides training and consulting to community-based and grassroots organizations, schools and public agencies primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley regions.
